Returning Student Enrollment

This year, all students—from Pre-K through 12th grade—will receive FREE breakfast and lunch each school day.

IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION from SDE - FOR SCHOOL ENROLLMENT, A PARENT OR GUARDIAN SHALL PROVIDE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. CURRENT, UP-TO-DATE IMMUNIZATION RECORDS; OR
  2. A COMPLETED AND SIGNED EXEMPTION FORM.  Please click here for the SDE's exemption information.  
     

   Your online enrollment is not complete until either an up-to-date immunization record OR SDE approved exemption letter is uploaded.

The Enrollment Center will be closed when District offices are closed for holidays. 

When Chickasha Schools are closed due to inclement weather, the EC will also be closed.
